01Film
The whole product in under a minute: post a Wanted, back the bounty, and let the Sheriff decide.

02Problem
The notes exist. Nobody can find them.
Study material is scattered across group chats, expired drive links and seniors who have graduated. Demand is invisible: a student cannot show that thirty classmates need the same thing, and the person who holds it gets nothing for sharing.
03Constraints
- 01Only legitimate material the uploader may share. Leaked or restricted papers are never a bounty target.
- 02Money is real: every contribution, refund and payout has to reconcile.
- 03Students live on their phones, so every flow works from a 360 px screen.
04What we built
A frontier-themed bounty board with plain language wherever it matters. A Commissioner posts a Wanted with a bounty of RM1 to RM50, or uses one of three free requests. Backers add to it. A Hunter submits a file and declares the right to share it; the file stays in private quarantine while an isolated scanner collects evidence. A human Sheriff picks the winning claim, contributors get access and the Hunter is paid. If nobody delivers, every contribution is refunded.

05Launch
The launch ran on posters in Malay, each with a QR code to the site, pinned around campus and shared to class groups.

06Outcome
Live at bilikkebal.site and opening campus by campus from UiTM, with a Wanted Board, campus map, Hunter profiles, badges, a high-noon duel and a Sheriff console behind it. Nothing is released and nobody is paid before a human decides.
